it is thus reminded that conventional wearing of the red shirt is stricted not allowed, the red shirt is only to be worn on official LTC sanctioned events where approved by the black shirts

Passing out!

Congratulations to all 44 newly appointed junior leaders and 10 senior leaders on passing out from the Leadership Training Camp 2005!

Keep in contact with each other and the SLs, do add us via msn (check the forum) and do post your own addresses. Keep the VS spirit burning, take the initiative to organize gatherings and barbeques.
